It was a little too busy just because it was the Half Iron Man competition. I still enjoyed a 4 km walk. A little bit of reading. A little bit of people-watching. A little bit more dog-watching. A whole lot more smiling.

A vegetarian pizza from Surf Riders and a coffee. Why on Earth would one not have a smile on their face!?
